COMPLAINT - CELL C INTERNET CONTRACT

I REGRET EVER taking out a 24 month contract with Cell C ! Although it is a newly purchased ****le I have had to go WITHOUT it for almost 2 months in the past 3 months ! I AM PAYING FOR A SERVICE I AM NOT RECEIVING.<br> I have visited Cell C at the Mall of the North MORE times than I have visited Pick & Pay to buy groceries ! I have requested that a representative visit my home to see IF a booster may perhaps solve my problem, but everyone is extremely indifferent to my requests & I have not been offered a replacement whilst my ****le is in for repair (apprently none left in the store) so ... I PERCEIVE THIS AS THEFT !<br> I WANT TO CANCEL MY CONTRACT ASAP
