Complaint Cell C

I renew my contract will Cell C Malalane twice and both times I had the same problem with them. My new phone which is a few months old is now sent in for repairs. I was not happy with the phone in 7days I got it but they did not believe me so I just left it. I left complains on website I phoned customer service nothing get sorted out. Very bad service.
