Complaint Cell C
A cell phone contract has been cancelled a year ago with Cell C, emails has been send to confirm cancellation. We have spoken to their consultants telephonically, but still they take of debit orders from account every month. We have stopped the debit orders, and then the month after they deduct double the amount. We do not know anymore what to do that they will stop the debit orders. As all other attempts are being ignored?
