Complaint Cell C

I have been a customer of Cell C for many years. I have 3 contracts with them. I never had any complaints.

Last year I upgraded telephonically. The lady who assisted me asked me if I enjoy the watch as I was supposed to receive a watch with my previous contract. I never received a watch. I went to Cell C in Cape Gate, where a very unfriendly male assisted me. According to my contract I was not suppose to receive a watch according to him. I would like to know why I was given wrong information from the lady who assisted me with the upgrade. This is false information then. I would like to know whether I will receive a watch or not. Thank you
