Complaint

I am reallybtired of Cell C they keep on saying Inowe them as when Inreceived an email on the 10th of Mayb2022 to say my contract was terminated on the 26th of April 2022. When I checknon my credit record it shows I owe Cell C. Have sent them numerous emails but they dont reply. So what more do I really need to donfor them to send me a letter confirmjng I don't owe them. They are ruining my credit record with fat big lies
