Complaint

I’m very disappointed to say I had a bad experience with cell c in 2016 I took out a contract for a Samsung j5 and I was paying 250 a month things where Ohk till I got a call after 4 months having the phone the consultant told me that I hadn’t paid for that month and that I owe them I asked why is that so because I requested then to debt every month automatically on my account which they did she responded and said the debt bounced which they didn’t receive payment which it showed on my side that it was off my account it went on to 2018 where I was told that I owed 850 and u had to settle it and I was to be done with my payment which I did but the following month an amount was being debuted from my account when I visited the branch in the waterfront where I took out the contract from I was told to call an 082135 some sort of number to cancel my contract when I called I never got any help or a call back to which today I am told I owe 2546 rands when I told them that I was t possible I was told that naidoo transferred my matter to nimble the company I have to pay as I was blacklisted and unemployed I explained that I followed all the steppes but never was helped with the matter to which I was blacklisted I even provided the proof of payment from my statements but all I got was a rude consultant so I spoke to a lady named promise Chakela from the company nimble and told her everything she asked my to send her my proof of payment as I told her I reported the matter to cell but wasn’t assisted all a got was emails with case numbers but no one got back to me about the matter so now promise sends me an email saying I have to proved a letter to aay that I pay off the money I owed which I told her I was unemployed and struggling to get a job as I was blacklisted and that reflected bad on me because if cell c so she still told me that I had to pay the amount that I was told to pay and get a letter to show that I settled the amount this a problem because it is a bad experience I wouldn’t recommend anyone to ever go to cell c and buy any products from them because they are very nice when they want to give u something but the out cone is very bad I wouldn’t wish for anyone to go through what I went through with them.
