Complaint against Cell C

On 23rd July I requested a new order C214969 for a Huawei Laptop and two phones on special A34 and A24. The order arrived on the 28th but contained a Galaxy Smart Watch instead of an A24 Cell Phone. I phoned Cell C and they requested that the whole parcel be returned to them. Ref No. ***. The parcel was collected on the 1st of August and on the 2nd of August received a message that the parcel was in order and gave Ref No. CCD466647.. I phoned Cell C to see what was happening with my order I was told the 2 Cell Phones A34 and A24 was on the system but the Laptop was not on the system and I must reorder. When I asked what had happened to the original Huawei Laptop, they could not tell me and switched me off. I repeatedly phoned back but they refused to speak to me. When I requested to speak to a supervisor I was put through to Nomtha Mbazo and told her that I wanted to cancel the whole order she gave me a number but it was not complete as the Cancellation Department told me the number needed alpha digits before the number given and could not assist me. I have repeatedly phoned trying to speak to someone that could assist me but have failed completely. My last hope is Hello Peter for a miracle helping hand.
