Complaint against C-Surance at cell c

Bad service delivery Nelspruit Ilanga C Surance claim with Cell C, I've got over a month doing follow ups for my cell phone which was ******, till date no positive feedback, I'm being told the matter is not yet attended to at management, when I call they keep postponing dates, but they deduct insurance money in the absence of assistance. Cell C should make a plan or they are not a trusted company because they give a useless insurance to customers. These leaves me very upset.
