Complaint abt failing to update my account for payment I made for 2 months

I bought data with contract and give them my banking details they never deducted from my bank account until I requested their banking details to send money in August after 25th when I make follow up so that they update my account that I have payment they said I must email proof of payment I did that there after only to find I m still owing I deposited another money again since they never deducted on Sept after 25th again they said I must email that proof of payment again only to realize yesterday that my account is not yet updated I m now fed up and angry to see ILY they r playing hide nd seek abt me plz help me
