Complaint about my contract with cell c

My name is Dineo Seepe I have been having my contract with Cell C for the past four months. But my problem is they have been debiting me twice for the past 3 months for an amount of money I didn't sign for. I was supposed to be paying R179 per month but it got increased to R211.00 pm and on top of that they have been debiting R2874.04 for the past 3 months and when I call them to find out what is it for they told me I have cancelled my contract which I didn't, its been a month now that I've been waiting for this error to be fixed because I'm the one who has to deal with the bank charges when reversing the payment. whenever I call them they say they are still busy with it. I don't understand why does it have to take them more than a month to fix this kind of error.<br> My reference number is ***.<br> <br> Thank You
