Complaint about Credit Inquiry

I am a Cell C contract holder for over 2 years now, I recently received a call from one of the Cell C sales consultant offering me a Data special that was running which I rejected with reason. To my surprise I get a notification that Cell C made an inquiry on my credit profile without obtaining consent from me this based unfortunately dropped my credit score and I have tried to make contact with Cell C only for people that I speak to tell me about different departments that handle such issues ...they promise to transfer only for the calls to get dropped.

I need this inquiry REMOVED on my name.
