Complaint about Cellc diverting my cell phone number!

I have been struggling for a while now with my cellphone number, not being able to receive and make calls or even send text messages. Even did factory default thinking my phone has faulty settings, bought another cell c Sim card but all those did not help. It feels like my phone has been hacked. I called Cellc yesterday and found out that my cellphone number is been diverted don't know why would that happen if I did not do it. Did all things that the CellC customer care consultant said I should do. But I am still going through the same thing. I don't want to change my number as it will be a lot of administrative work for me to do. I just need CellC to sort this out as I'm losing very important calls and messages. I am really not happy about this.
