Complaint about cell c
Cell c kokstad in particular is a mess. I reported ***** performed on my name three months ago and since then they either ignore my calls or tell me unsounding stories yet money is debted every month on my account. Continue entering that store at your own risk people

In order for our ***** department to assist with your query you need to provide us with the following documents:
o a copy of your Identity Document
o an affidavit from the police
o Your bank statement indicating the amounts that have been debited by Cell C.
Send them to ***, as soon as we receive these documents, an investigation will be conducted then you will be provided with a resolution.

29 Jul 2019, 12:45What you requesting was forwarded to cellc long time ago, i can just update the bank statement since there were other debits that took place after the submission. However i was i have 3 contracts now with cellc, including the one in question, which their premiums are consolidated into one premium
