Complaint about Cell C

in June 2022 i sent an email to cell c with the requirements the wanted to remove a deceased person and stop deducting from my business account.They sent an automatic reply saying their will reply to me in 24hrs.Nothing happened until now.Two weeks ago i phoned them and promised to phone me but they did not.

please help.
