Complaint about Brits mall Manager

I have had a terrible experience with the manager if Cell C brits mall, think her name is Trudi or something. Anyway I was on my way to checkers when I passed the shop and she had nasty things to say about my husband. She said and I quote "aww shame look there is one legs wife" referring to my husbands leg injury, which in my opinion has absolutely nothing to do with her. And this was not the first time she had something to say about someone close to me, the other morning when I got to work she had something to say about my father in law, only because he didn't greet her because they were in a rush. I feel this is unacceptable, as we are loyal customers of cellc and I feel like customers need to be treated better. Like how will the business grow if they treat clients like this? I feel like she needs a warning or hearing, but the head office only called me saying they can't do anything because I don't have any evidence that she said any of that. So that's how cellc handles client complaints? WOW WONDERFUL WORK 👌YOU GUYS ARE DOING EXCELLENT AT CHASING AWAY YOUR CUSTOMERS 👏KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK. 🙄
