Complaint

I had a contract with cellc for two sims cards of which i called to cancel but the consultant only canceled 1 sim card I was informed that i have an account that is in arrers of which i am willing pay but I have tried reaching out to cell c to settle my account ,it is really inconvenienting me and affecting my credit score , I literally begged you for your collection team to contact me after several emails and calling still no one has contacted me honestly I don't know what to do.
