COMPLAINT

I had a contact phone with cell c and I paid it off as per contract terms. after a years when I need to buy a car I found that they blacklisted me.

I went to them to ask but they advice me to contact their attorneys. someone told me that I ow R1000, I didn't say anything I have just paid money that was left. The Cell C attorneys confirmed that the payment was received and they will send me a letter to confirm that I am not owing any cent, but now I am still blaclisted, no letter received.

They don't care after receiving payment... Please send me a confirmation letter and remove my name from the credit bureau.
