Complaint

I have a contact with cell c for data . i hava a problem to connect since last week and i called cell c more than once. One of the consltant told me that he can not assist me. It is painful to pay for the service but the company fail to render service as per agreement and if you want to cancel the contract they will tell you that you need to pay the cancellation fee but they fail to delivery thier services as agreed.
