I have an account that has been opened in my name with Cell C. I sent my affidavit and a copy of my ID. I sent it to this email address, sm@ cell. Co. za I was told that the ***** department will investigate.
No one has rep**** to my email, nothing, the only thing I was by collection agent for something that I know nothing about. That agent told me they will forward my query to their supervisor.
I am really unhappy about this because it is reflecting badly on my credit score. I don't understand how an agent or sales consultant open up an account without proof. I want to know who that person was, and what will be done about that sales consultant. It is ******* to open account without proof of the person whose opening the account.
Cell C sort my query out. I am disappointed in this company.
That is strange, we rep**** to you within minutes of receiving your email and asked for your contact number of which we are yet to receive.
The affidavit you sent to us talks about an Avon account and not Cell C. Please rectify and resend.

I don't think Cell C understands that this is my credit. I did not open any account with them. I am super disappointed with them.
