Complaint

I visited the Cell C outlet in Woodlands yesterday afternoon. I was serviced by Fikile Motshweni. My visit to your outlet was very bad. As I entered the store was chatting. The above mentioned staff member came up to me, sanitise please what can I help you with. I wanted to purchase data. She was busy on her computer and then said to me the best deal is R599. While she was busy serving me they where still having al loud conversation with one another. I told her please you are busy attending to me as your customer. Her attitude immediately changed. After completions of the transaction I checked and I was one invoice short. I purchased data to the value of R4193 which is a great expense. With an attitude she asked me which invoice is missing. I showed her and she printed it gave it to me and walked away. I think Cell C customer service is pathetic. I will not recommend any person to your outlet in Woodlands.
