Complaint

I was contacted by one of your officials and he sold me a deal of 20gig @149pm. I am now being informed about out of data usage which I never was in agreement with. I called in today to get feedback on the inquiry I logged last week and I was informed that my query was closed but feedback was not provided to me. I will never recommend Cell c to anyone.
