Complaint
I have send a complaint to cell on the 1st of November 2019 about my glocell account that was paid of in 2017 an amount of R4888 paid as a settlement, cell c after recieving proof of payment they tell me they need proof that this was a settlement and cell c deciding to put on ITC for R396 and R150. Somebody asked for my ID on Hellopeter and I rep****. Nothing has happened since then, now I don't understand why cell does'nt care that my life is on hold. I have been dealing with Ordyne Mashaba and his team leader. May I please ask someone at cell c to intervene.
