Complaint

Good day My Cell C contract is R134 per month, but Cell C has debit my account on 30 December for an amount of R1508.32. I went to my bank to do a stop payment and then went to Cell C store Cape Gate (WC) to find out why this has happened. The informed me that additional once off aitime was bought on the 18,19 and 20 November 2021. I have an Pinacle account and has never baought additional airtime. I keep phoning the customer Care line with no success, then i go to the branch agian where the manager of the store cant even help me. On 3 Januarie 2022 i went to the store again because the requested me to provide them with copy of my id and Affidavit. The consultant Justin the send it to the TPHD department. Can somebody please help me with this as Cell C cannot help me with this. I also need an email address for the Retension Department to cancel this contract. Kind Regards
