COMPLAINT

<p>In March 2016 I purchased a tablet from Cell C. Within the 7 days I returned the tablet as I could not connect, as we don’t have Cell C signal in</p> <p>Fochville.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have since been billed with R39.00 for ???????. Every month I write back the debit order and every month cell c debits me again.</p> <p> </p> <p>May I kindly understand what this is for, as I have no Cell C signal in Fochville.</p> <p> </p> <p>I spoke to a gentleman Victor this morning, and he tells me the query is this pending which I lodged a long time ago.</p> <p> </p> <p>Is this customer service???
