Complaint

<p>I have a contract with Cell C on EPIC 100 for Samsung J500F cell no. ********** 172, i agreed with Cell C about the contract monthly payment of R239. to my astonishment Cell C included some some packeges i did not request or agreed with them on e.g Cell C Get More, Open Data bundle etc. It is on record that i wanted Epic 100 minutes with no data bundle or open data bundle as well as Cell C Get More. I have experienced deductions of 387.99 contrary to our agreement. I have experienced unnecessary financial burden for such unauthorised deductions. i have called Cell C, and i found that somebody decided to give me completely different package as opposed to what i needed. I am requesting assistance that Cell C bring back my money as this amounts to repudiation of contract and i have a right to claim damages.
