complaint

I have been a client of cell c since 2004 if not longer. Two years ago I cancelled my contract with them because they could not give me a good deal. The contract has ended and I didn't want to carry on. <br> Today I decided to contact cellc direct in order to a new contract . I was informed that they cannot do a credit check because the system shows a message that I have been deactivated. I was told again to call their customer service to enquire. I did so only to be informed that maybe I have been handed over to the Lawers . Hello I cancelled the contract. They then told me to contact their legal department why ..... All I want is a new contract. I dont see why all my details was removed on their system. This is the pathetic service rended to the public.
