Good day Complaint on name clearance

In June 2018, I noted that Cell C deducted money from my account and I went to Cell C branch in King William's Town to complain about the matter as I do not have account with Cell C. The advised me to bring affidavit and I. D copy for them to escalate the matter. I did that and the matter was not resolved. I decided to open the case from police station and brought it to them in order to process it. I did not get response. I went there several times and they told me that, there are two phones taken in my name in Johannesburg and the person who did it was Mr Ssshabangu. I even involved the detective to take over but in vain. After some months, they refunded my premiums. I went to the branch and ask what happened and they told me that the case is over. To my surprise, I did student loan application as my child did not receive bursary, it reflected as the credit I did not pay,and that even affected my child as she had to pay private student accommodation. My child is now kicked out of the accommodation and is staying with friends. Please help me clear my name so as to move on with my life as this is also affecting my ill health.
