COMPLAINT
I'm so annoyed with Cell C and MTN they do not care about our details and ********** activities that are happening with our details linked onto their Sim cards. I'm seriously now convinced that they give our details to **********. I changed my number with my bank yesterday coz i was suspecting fishy activities changed it to my cell c number and i transact once and then when i try using the service it says my account has been suspended due to a sim swap detected on my phone which i never did I call Cell C theye were so chilled about it and requested to speak to a manager Sushen Naidoo( based in Merchants Durban) Should anything happen to my details and my money Cell C you will be responsible for the repocautions.
