Hello Peter,

I am a little bit disappointed in Cell C, they claim they have what they call "exclusive service" for their exclusive clients but its more like "exclude service". I have been waiting for a response from them since Tuesday. Their CSurance also happened to have claimed that they never insured my phone as the details, but that is another story for another day.

My problem with Cell C is their are not clear with their communication and they do not response for matters that affects people's business. They claim to be an exclusive service delivers but they have failed me dismally in a sense that my business was very impacted negatively as I was not able to deliver "exclusive service" due to my dependency on my "excluding service provider". Even called again yesterday on the 22-February-2018 and was told they would get back to me. Still "dololo" response.

I never thought I would have to right to you about any of my service provider and it has been a while since I spoke to you "Hello Peter".
