COMPLAINT
I have a top up contract with Cell C, for the past 2 months including for teh month of September i receive an SMS confirming that Cell C has topped up my account but almost immediately when i check my balance for data and minutes remains 0, how is thsi possible that Cell C recharges on the 1st of every month and minutes later my balance and data is on a nil balance,My cell number is ********** 937
