Complaint

Hi, on the 12th of May 2022 I paid off an outstanding balance on behalf of my son who resides in New Zealand. I was advised that in 48 hours I would receive the paid up letter. I have sent numerous emails and received reference numbers but no feedback to date. Emails have been sent to ***. There is no contact number for this department. 3 months later and we still don't have the paid up letter
