Complaint

Hi guys I had a contract with cell c and they are giving me stress. Around December I wanted to paid up my contract because I had bonus. I called several times n no one picked. January one consultant called me saying he found my message can he arrange the payment.i told him that de message was from December now because of school fees n uniform I won't managed. Since frm them dey never deduct monthly payments. February dey deducted R1550 n I reversed money because we didn't agreed. I deposited my monthly payment. March I called to notify them to collect all their payment so that dey can leave me alone dey never did. The money was in my bank but time was not on my side because I work until Saturdays 13 pm. On 28 April I knocked off early n went to deposit de money. I never got any confirmation mail or message. When I called cell c dey told me to call their lawyers I called them dey told me to called cell c and the money was different from the email I got. Pls people wht must I do? I won't even encourage anyone to have a contract with cell c cause it's seems like the ****s
