Complain via NCC for disputes

I have complained multiple times on hello Peter with regards to cellc contract account

No payment allocation shown for debit order amounts but I'm handed over the statement received in November 2021 have been settled

For anyone that have the same issue note that I have loaded a complaint with NCC should you experience the same issue where amounts are paid but you handed over

I'm still waiting for Moses Mo***eng that was investigating my account to check if all amounts are allocated the amounts he gave me do not even compare to the statement received I received the sms from cellc advising what I need to pay and paid also debit orders went off and account still handed over

NCC should investigate and resolve this issue
