Complain of claiming proccess

<p>Cellc C insurance must stop taking our money because they do not serve the purpose of insurance. Last year on September I claimed my P8 lite phone which was insured by C insurance, which up until now they have'nt paid me instead they wanted to give me J1 because they are saying they are out of stock. the time i took the insurance i was insuring my P8 lite and i want it or a phone that is similar to the P8 lite i insured i have done all the neccesary things the wanted but they dont deliver the service they are offering and even the simswap they have not done it but they contiune with deductions monthly</p>
