complain for cell c

<p>complain about the cell c service network provider i apply for top up contract for data laptop but they gave me open line contract which it end up charging me what i never requested to them the bill came to R1900 when i complain to them they ignore me i even open a internal case with them but nothing happen it four months now trying to solve this but it cant be solved. now i want to cancell their contract and they must bring back my money which they charge me becouse what they gave i never wanted to them. please help me to closure with this.
