Complain

Good morning I am experiencing a problem with cell c my account iwas n areas with R3769..in Nov I called in to make a payment arrangement the customer care lady promise that she had done the arrangement of three equal.instalments .end November all the money was deducted I I reversed it Dec 28 they deducted R757.99.then in Jn 1st they told me the scout was deleted on the system then I am in arrears of R15534.plus outstanding contract fee of R8600 .first I did not cancel I am still willing to pay for.my 24 months contract and pay the amount I owe in arrras of which is +-4000 not the R24000 they are talking about to.make it worse no communication no nothing boom account cancelled please help.becaise I ve breaking numerous calls to cell c with no help
