complain about Cell c

<p>last year on the 09/11/2016, i received a call from Cell C consultant for delivering of Cellphone which i did not app**** for. i told them to cancel the delivery as i didn't applying for a cellphone contract. i also scanned my documents such as, ID Copy, Proof of residential, and Affidavit to make them aware that it is not me who app**** for a cellphone, as the cellphone was directed to be delivered to Ivory Park, 21 road Ext 3. i was suprised on the 18th of july 2017, i went to a bank and i find that Cell C blacklisted me for cell phone i did not app**** and received</p>
