Complain

Hi! My name is Ishmael and I had a contract with cell c and my contract ended 2021 July, I went to the store in Clearwater mall where I made my contract at. Told them that I don't want another phone. So they close it, they guy was helping said to is fine they will, he gave me a number to call and I did call that number (head office) the lady picked up the phone told her whats happening and she took my details and told me she sort it out. Now years later I still own the that the contract ended 2021 July, they blocked my number, no data, no sms and air time but yet I still have to pay, for what I tried to to communicate with you guys and u keep telling me that ur team is taking care of it,, this is bad service. You know how many people I referred to cell c after I gat my contract. But I won't not anymore. Ur robbing people and ****ming them, **** cell c
