complain

Good day I open a contract for router with cell c in May i have been told that my data will last me until month end but now i start using it around the 5 of every month but before the 15 of each month its finished it does not even last 2 weeks most of the time i am at work i hv it with me and its off for almost the whole day.so i did lay a complain when one of consultant called to offer another contract nothing changed so i called today that i want to cancel the contract so according to cellc law i must pay R3000 for cancelation .my complain does not even bother them.
