Complain

Hi. My name is Mpho Makgobathe. I have a cell phone contract with Cell C as well as cell phone insurance (Cell C Financial Services). About two months back l was hijacked and my phone was taken with. I've submitted a claim with Cell C before even Lockdown started. Then l was told to pay R4700 as access, which l did. Was told that l'll get my new phone (Samsung Note10 Plus) within 5 to 7 workingdays. Still today almost 2 months, l'm still waiting to receive my phone. Everytime l call l'm told to wait for 5 to 7 working days, the phone will be delivered at Cell C Wonderpark. The other day when l called l was told about the Lockdown therefore my phone will be delivered to my Residencial address, it never happened. After 7 days l called again l was then told they don't have the phone in store, therefore to wait another 7 working days. I called again after the said days, once more same story..The past Friday l called again, then the lady told me to hold the line after 15 minutes on the line she told me she'll trace the whereabouts of my phone then she'll give me a call. She never called. Today 11-05-2020 l called again, then l spoke to the lady by the name of Kamo. She gave me same story and that they've send an email to the relevant department but unfortunately they're still waiting for the tracking number. They can't even tell me how long is it going to take them to receive that tracking number. I asked the lady to put me through the manager but she told me that the manager is busy with in a meeting. After 2 hours l called again for the manager, spoke to another lady by the name of Zanele and told me that the manager is in a meeting. Not sure whether is the meeting or not; or is simply ignoring me. Their contact details are ***. I'm desperately in need of your help, please.
