<p>i had a contract with cell c. which i finished and requested that i do not want to continue with it. an sms was send to confirm that i have been moved to prepaid. yesterday when i callled cell c , i was told that i am in arreas on my account i spoke to 3 consultant all telling me the same thing . however none can explain why am i in arreas with what. consultants i spoke to were Davis Mabutho,Mbali ngcongane and Tania Goliath</p>
