COMPLAIN

I have just found out that Cell C has never updated my ITC profile as it shows that I have been paying R262 till to date even though I no longer have a Cell C contract and have called their customer care and they can't seem to understand why my ITC profile still dispaly monthly payments as I do not have a contract with them all my contracts were cancelled.

I need someone to attend to this as it gives a negative impact to my credit profile.

The A/c that's in my profile is - *** -

Please update my ITC that this A/C is closed because its still reflecting on my profile as active.
