Complain

Good day,

My name is Lebo, I am totally not happy with the service I received in lakeside. I went there to do a swim swap as advised by cell c call center agent because I failed some of the security questions.when I arrived in the store was assisted by "Busi" I explained to her my problem but she insisted several times that she cannot be able to assist me and referred me to cell c in Oakfield reason being,she mentioned that they are a franchise branch and not able to assist with some of the things. Surprisingly,I'm working for retail but what she told me didn't make any sense.so I went to the branch in Oakfield and got assisted without being sent there and there...thanks to the Oakfield staff, they were very good and efficiently on assisting me,as for lakeside mall staff they've got very bad customer service and bad attitude. They need to be sent to customer service training or else they will lose more customers
