I am not satisfied with the service of Cell C at all.. It's been a week now waiting for them to send me a paid up or settlement letter for my account and they said it's gonna take 24 to 48 hours to be delivered to me via the email. ..When i do the follow up via phone call.. They keep on telling one thing..and I do really need it ASAP.
