Good hellopeter Consumer law is it correct for Cell cto take my account to the lawyer ssda without telling me. I have never received a single call from them regarding outstanding debt order. On I find last month that I owe them with lawyers not from them. And they took their money every month I still have contracts with them. When I asked about this money they told me it for thr previous contract So how this going to offend my credit record

I m back with the same problem. Their team came back to me .and told me the problem was not me is them and promised to clear my acc with ssda .So I surprised when got message from ssda to remind me about my payment .I called them they told me with the different story same they don t even knew about ssda. And ssda did not received any email from them. And when to make call with ssda they charge R21 per call. I end up paid R800. After I have contract with cell c more than 10 years their thanks was to pull my name on the mud.
