No but did call and they say yes they received it check on your replys from last year promising to call me from hellow Peter I still have them

I called in November for an upgrade but I was behind with my game account so it was reflecting so the lady that was helping me promise to escalate and come back to me to finance department in December I received the call again that I'm qualifing for cell phone I told her Tha I don't want cell phone I need laptop I'm due for upgrade. She did new contract and that was not my wish I received the laptop 15 December with new Sim card I called why new Sim couse I'm upgrading the answer was the second Sim is for when the old one isdamage I can use the new one in January the bill was double I called again I was told that I've got new contract I've told them that I apply for upgrade not new I can't afford to pay that money can they please come take the laptop yes they did
