complain

i have purchesed a blackberry Z10 from cell c. the phone has been for repairs 4 times in the last few months. it has been more for repairs than what i have been using. the phone is freezing and switching off ,poor signal with the same recurring problem all the time and cell c continuously giives me a refurbished phone all the time. i have had enough of the refurbished phones which work for about a week or two and has to be returned to supplier. i now do not want the refurbished phone back and cellc must replace me with a new phone. <br> the latest job card number is PRE602867<br> I hsve been given excelent service by the Bramfontein cell c branch and they tried the utmost best and also gave me a Q5 as a loan phone. but the problem lies with the headoffice and repair centre <br> your assistance in this matter would be appreciated
