complain

In July last year i requested to close my contract with cell c , then they told theres a money that i have to pay for me to close the account , then i manage to pay that money in full as they have requested , but now cell c is calling about my account being in areas when i try to find out what is it about they keep on transferring my a call to their different department and on the end the just hang up without clarifying , am here to request some help in talking this issue my contact are ********** 168.
