I had 2 year contract with them when I try to cancel it on the 24th month they telling me they can’t I have to give them 30 days. When I opened account I was charged pro rata for starting in the middle of the month. Now they want to charge me 2 more premiums after notifying them I don’t want to continue

Referring to the subscriber agreement terms and conditions you are required to provide a 30 days cancellation notice to have your contract cancelled. Should you not do so your contract continues on a month to months basis.
