Competition ****? (IN STORE)

On 26 July I was phoned by Modjaji from Cell C Savanna Mall Polokwane to inform me that I was the winner of R10.000 Cash in a competition they had in conjunction with Black. I went to the store and alot of congrats ect. Lots of photos posing as the winner (some are on my phone). I was told that the money would be in my bank by that weekend. This did not happen. When I phoned them laat week they started to get agitated and I was told to wait for this weekend. Well it is Sunday and still no money. I never got an SMS or email and when I contacted Cell C they knew nothing about any competition. In fact I was treeted like a total idiot. How long does one wait for a cash prize? I had to confirm my banking details in store and sign that it was correct. From there..... nothing....
